LDG Z100A - definition of the green and blue control wires?
Sorry of this is repeat of a prior question, but a friend picked up a Z100A (which appears to have included most/all of the optional cable variants; it was an estate item). I've looked at the LDG online manual/documentation (such as it is), but I can't find a clear statement of the role of START and KEY (blue and green wire) signals (for the use case of "any other kind of radio" without integrated control operation.)
If you know the definition of the two signals (or where to look for same), would you care to pass that along? Thanks very much, Dave |
the green wire does show in the manual as a ground wire,? ?I wonder if the red wire is for power, but not a factory cable Dave Garber VE3WEJ / VE3IE On Tue, Jul 30, 2024 at 7:26?PM David Feldman via <wb0gaz=[email protected]> wrote: Sorry of this is repeat of a prior question, but a friend picked up a Z100A (which appears to have included most/all of the optional cable variants; it was an estate item). Not sure but I would hazard a guess it is the firmware change to take out the remote operation capability.
