AT-1000 Pro II

Tex Herson #889 I have the AT-1000 Pro II and it sometimes jumps to Bypass after tuning.? I hit C Up and goes out of Bypass.? Not too concerned as it tunes OK.? Just wondering if anyone has noticed the behavior?? 73 Tex ka5y
Greg Roper - AJ4FJ All Messages By This Member #890 I experience the same behavior when using my hexbeam on certain bands.? My interpretation is that the tuner determines the antenna is is at it's best match with the tuner bypassed.? If my SWR meter is to be believed, I see less than 1.2:1 when that happens.? I haven't noticed it going into bypass with my OCF dipole.
