LDG tuners tune to 1.5:1 and stop.? If one is getting 3:1 it would indicate the tuner tried to tune, could not get it and timed out.? The LDG tuners do have time limit for tuning, gives up.? Most tuners do the same.
Rig internal tuners typically are limited to start tune SWR of 3:1 will first check is above 3:1 and if so abort tuning, dont try for normally cannot tune this load.? LDG tuners can tune 10:1.
