How did you check the relay contacts?? I need to check some in another tuner. ? Al K5TAN ? ?

have you checked all the relays ? I had a blown contact into one of the relays and it was never able to obtain the proper loading obviously but only on certain band and frequencies... replaced the relay and problem solve for me.
