poor design, assembly, or calibration by LDG.

Really?

I¡¯m betting you have some reflected RF getting into your shack, and that what you are seeing is irrelevant.
Please produce some alternative tuners to propose, hopefully some that are less than 3-4 times the cost.

I am quick to defend LDG, because in my experience with them, they are?unparalleled in service and support. ?Have you spoken with LDG prior to your indictment of their design, assembly, or calibration?

SSB forward power is NOT fixed unless you apply a constant tone.
As a result bouncing voice forward power will bounce reflected power.

My AT-600 Pro II acts the same way.? I have learned to trust the SWR bridge in my K3 and the SWR LED strip in my KPA500.? I simply assume that it is poor design, assembly, or calibration by LDG.
