is there a fuse inside the tuner, maybe you missed??? ?did you check the 7805 with a voltage check?? do you have the 13 volts on the primary side of the regulator, or is it lower

I checked with the tester the L7805CV voltage regulator which supplies 5 Volts. The diodes look ok. Suggestions? Thank you.
