Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Technical Solution Architect to join our government business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solutioning during the bid process for Government Healthcare proposals. This role involves coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality proposals that meet client requirements. The Healthcare Bid Manager will work closely with sales, solutions, and technical teams to develop winning strategies and ensure compliance with Government regulations and requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
- Candidate must have previous IT architecture experience in medium to large sized solutions
- Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels
- Experience/Understanding of various industry leading Commercial-of-the-Shelf (COTS) applications
- Experience with modern computing technologies, including cloud computing, Application Protocol Interfaces, Single Sign-On, and Business Intelligence/Data Science
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Visio
- Experience working within a matrix organization.
- Working knowledge of health program administration in commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs highly desired.

Preferred Requirement:
- Experience in all aspects of IT, including project management, networking, security, architecture, cloud, on premise and COTS based solutions
- Experience with Cloud platforms - Microsoft Azure/M365/AWS/Salesforce Cloud
- Industry certifications like TOGAF?, AWS Certified Solution Architect?etc. will have added weightage.
- Experience with HealthEdge HealthRules Payor, Claims Xten, Guiding Care, QNXT, Facets etc.
- Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), System Integration, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) among others, including experience with system modernization, integration, or enhancements.
