Senior Analyst in Dallas, TX for a vertically integrated real estate firm focused on investing in and developing dynamic, office and mixed-use properties in Texas and North Carolina. The Company¡¯s
existing portfolio is comprised of six class A towers totaling 4.4 million square feet of office, residential, hotel and retail space. The Company has been an active participant in the real estate market as an investor, developer, and manager of real estate
assets for over 30 years and has completed over $6 billion in real estate acquisition and/or development transactions including office, residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties.?

ROLE
The primary responsibility of the
Senior Analyst is to support the Company¡¯s team members in all facets of investment analysis, asset management and investor reporting. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel modeling
and someone that is highly organized, highly detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects while always meeting deadlines. Additionally, this role will be responsible for substantial forecasting, determining preliminary income and expense projections,
assessing economic, demographic and real estate market data, and maintaining and regularly updating proformas during the lifecycle of investments.?

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field required.

Minimum 2 years of related real estate finance/underwriting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel required.

Previous experience working in Argus.?
