Senior Vice President of Investments. The Company employs a versatile capital deployment strategy and invests in industrial, office, and multifamily for both existing assets and for development, depending on
the deal and product type.?

ROLE
The SVP of Investments will lead, manage, and accelerate the Company¡¯s investment strategy alongside the CEO.? The candidate will have a strong acquisitions and capital markets background that would include proven
experience in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring new opportunities for existing assets (office and industrial) along with development opportunities (industrial and multifamily).? This ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading an investment team
along with the ability to lead the Company¡¯s capital raising and equity strategy.?

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in real estate, accounting, finance or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive direct commercial real estate investment experience underwriting office, industrial and/or office / retail
spaces.
- 5+ years in a senior management role, supervising and developing a team of analysts and managers on investment strategy and tactics.
- Proven track record of expanding a real estate investment company (placing additional equity in existing and development projects)
into new real estate markets and new asset classes.
- Strong economic and financial acumen with the ability to interpret market data and understand the impact that can have on capital
markets.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term growth goals required
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate market term joint venture agreements and manage institutional relationships.?
