ROLE
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will focus on the oversight of ground-up multifamily and residential developments from start to finish. Responsibilities will include entitlement management, oversight of the architecture team,
project management and other management activities to facilitate the company¡¯s strategic direction of developing new assets for its operating portfolio in Colorado.?

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor¡¯s degree (Master¡¯s degree preferred).
- A proven track record of success over at least 10 years in executing real estate development strategies across a variety of property
types. Direct experience in multifamily and residential development is strongly preferred.
- Experience as an architect with knowledge of sustainable building practices, a strong technical understanding of construction, and
experience with design software.
- Proven experience leading the entitlement process, managing zoning issues, and obtaining project approvals.
- A broad understanding of land use, development, and local zoning
- Strong leadership, management, problem-solving, financial, and analytical skills. A can-do attitude, pro-active and resourceful
with an ability to effectively work with minimal supervision.?
