markets in the Southwest. ?The company is well capitalized with a clear vision and strategy to accelerate its growth and expansion in existing and new asset types in select markets.??

ROLE
This leadership position will guide and mentor a diverse team of associates while being accountable for managing, directing, and implementing operational strategies and objectives for a complex portfolio of residential assets throughout southern California.
?The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the firm¡¯s owned multifamily portfolio to optimize performance including leasing, marketing, capital improvement projects, tenant relations, business planning, budgeting,
and reporting. The candidate will report directly to the CEO.?
The ideal candidate will have experience establishing policies and procedures, centralizing operations, and implementing technological initiatives designed to leverage economies of scale to chaperone a growing company from a regional to institutional owner.
This individual has a strong leasing (including direct market rate lease up experience), marketing, acquisitions, and management background, is tech savvy and has experience with change management as well.?

QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years¡¯ experience growing a management company from regional to institutional player.
Bachelor¡¯s degree (Master¡¯s degree preferred), specializing in Business and Finance and operations management.
10+ years of proven property and/or asset management experience in the commercial real estate market. ?
Experience chaperoning structural reorganization, rolling out technology initiatives and change management
to keep employees happy.
Strong experience in property acquisition due diligence and driving down costs while awaiting permit issuance
and/or driving down costs on a portfolio of properties without losing sight of the individual property needs and nuances of the properties.
Proficient in the use of computer software including MS Office Suite and experience with AppFolio and have
a general deep understanding and comfortability with technology.?
