JOB OVERVIEW:?We are seeking a highly motivated and?experienced business systems analyst professional to join our IT group as a Manager, IT Supply Chain.?This individual will a member of the business engagement team to?support our global supply chain business capabilities,?ranging from planning, demand management, sourcing, procurement, cell order management, logistics, to digital supply chain footprint. It is a highly multi-functional role working closely with the business partners from various business groups?dealing with GxP Systems.

· IT Manager for Supply Chain:

· Support multi-functional business systems for supply chain/?Supply Chain Systems, especially SAP:

· Global Support:

· GxP:

· Pharma/BioTech:

· Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

· Experience gathering requirements, researching, analyzing, solving problems, defining solution options, estimating work effort, and resolving production issues.

· Heavy documentation:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

· Work closely with Global and Regional business partners to?document business needs and requirements

· Collaborate with business subject matter experts, business users, solution architects, functional specialists to define and?document business processes

· Collaborate with management and business operations unit to comprehend and?document decision support needs

· Collaborate with multi-functional teams to?design and develop solutions?to address business requirements;?design, develop and document test scenarios, scripts and test data to support testing phases

· Coordinate and support testing activities:?integration testing, SQA, user testing, validation, etc.

· Support creation of training documentation and user training delivery

· Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions and other relevant documentation

· Support the troubleshooting and resolution of post-production related issues, document issue resolution, and update documentations

· Communicate verbally and in written form with project team,?informing them of potential risks

· Support multi-functional business systems for supply chain:?Oracle EBS/SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Courier Integration, Analytics, and Digital Supply Chain capabilities

· Support the project team with analysis, content build, review, editing and preparation

· Supporting all aspects of the engagement, including the?relationships with key client partners

· Demonstrating solid skills in the analysis, implementation and controls of assigned deliverables and tasks

· Adhere to strong IT Governance and change control process for all system changes in an FDA regulated environment

· Bring standard methodologies to deliver solutions through experience driven vision, planning and hands on experience in a regulated GxP environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· MS Degree and 5+ years’ experience in implementing systems for supply chain in GxP Biotech/Pharma industry OR

· BS Degree and 7+ years’ experience in implementing systems for supply chain in GxP Biotech/Pharma industry OR

· High School Degree and 11+ years’ experience in implementing systems for supply chain in GxP Biotech/Pharma industry

PREFERRED Qualifications:

· BS in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer science

· Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

· Experience gathering requirements, researching, analyzing, solving problems, defining solution options, estimating work effort, and resolving production issues.

· Experience in supply chain business systems like Oracle EBS/SAP and/or Kinaxis Rapid Response

· Ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of key partners

· Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direction

· Works well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

· Strong quantitative and qualitative skills

· Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a timely and high-quality end work product
