Microwave I used is PANASONIC NNDF385MEPG
A few different models available but the Panasonic slim line ones are the only ones I found that fit in the limited depth of the cupboard where the oven was. I think all the slim line ones start with the letters NN. I liked the idea of a door that opened from the top rather than the side. Little bit of extra space on the top but you really need that for ventilation anyway so I added a shelf than does not quite go all the way back for the selection of cutting boards. Added a lip at the back of the shelf to keep things from falling into the abyss. Have now bypassed the issue of a non inverter power source by running a cable down the back, along the starboard bilge and up into a double adapter where the washing machine plugs in.
