John,

Is this condition at all faucets and devices?

On my 410 I have flex lines both on the intake and discharge of the HWH. I have seen these kink and restrict water flow. The Mixing valve shouldn¡¯t have anything to do with the pressure since it¡¯s basically a flow thru device, cooling the water down, not restricting the HW. Another possibility is (depending on how old your HWH is) would be sediment buildup at the bottom of the tank restricting the incoming cold water. Drain the tank and see how fast the water comes out from the bottom then once it¡¯s low remove the fittings and drain into a small plate to see if there is any crap coming out.

?

Hi all
we have had a slow deterioration (over 5months) in the hot water pressure and flow. It has gone from being almost the same pressure and flow ?as the cold water system to a trickle, maybe 10% of the cold water flow now. I?
have played with the mixing valve immediately outside the hot outlet which seems stiff but turns. This makes no difference.
Anyone have any ideas as to why the pressure and flow would deteriorate on the hot side only? Could the inlet or outlet be partially blocked? Any Ideas would be appreciated.
