More than once while riding in the front seat with Rand in the middle, I remember getting karate chops to the throat from dad when he slammed the brakes and not wanting us to crack through the windshield because of no seatbelts. Ah the good old days.?

Dad and Mim spent a lot of time together. Like the rest of my family, Dad found his company pleasant. I know they did go to the races together not only at Delaware Park.
