Hi Aunt Elaine!
I really enjoyed hearing your memories of Easter.
It reminded me of my own family¡¯s traditions growing up.
Steve and I are following all the guidelines.
Thanks for reinforcing them.
Wishing you all the best!
Pam

?Ciao, mia famiglia.
No Palms on my door as in days of yore. Today and Easter Sunday next week bring back many wonderful memories. You wore last Easter¡¯s hat and clothes to church on Palm Sunday and on Easter Sunday all new bonnets, spring coats, and new shoes. In the dining room was a huge Kennett Kandy Kitchen, milk chocolate egg stuffed with their finest candy. Sunday dinner was ham, I guess, but Angie's homemade pasta was always the biggest hit. Family came to visit and talk - no phones to look at and at one point in my life, no phone at all.
In contrast, today I went to a supermarket at 7 a..m., wearing a mask, sunglasses, and latex gloves. So covered up, I couldn¡¯t read my list. Then after coming home, spent the next hour disinfecting what I bought. Filled a sudsy sink with apples, oranges and lemons; even carrots! Wiped off with Clorox/water everything else I bought, touched in the car and outside the car, door knobs, etc. Dr. Fauci, the country¡¯s primary doctor, says it works and do it. So I am and I¡¯m sure you are too.
I hope you¡¯re all healthy and happy even wearing masks, bandanas bandito-style, and latex gloves with Clorox wipes and Purell handy. Maybe you even have enough TP shelved for the next week or so.
Love to all, Elaine
