Stephen, I don¡¯t know Leon Spencer. (I left K.S before you did.) But, I agree with him. The board should resign. Sloppy oversight.

Does that make you feel under a spotlight? I had a couple of thoughts reading the piece. Having left my home town close to 50 years ago with many memories, both positive and not so positive, I was trying to recall the boundaries of Kennett Township. Then I read the name of the Supervisor. Why did the idea of a Scudder Stevens from Waspville strike me as somethings don¡¯t change. Further on the article mentioned Leon Spencer. I¡¯ve got to ask, was he right that a board of supervisors from KT are all Democrats? How is that possible? And most importantly, when I read that Leon was a former mayor, the first thought was wow, good for him. However, my hazy memory is not helping me to recall why I instantly recalled his name but not why he is familiar to me. He was a few years ahead of me in school, but that¡¯s all I remember. Is there anyone in this group that can jog my brain to clear up this personal mystery?
