TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Highways Performance Space
Highways Performance Space is currently seeking a Technical Director. This
full-time position requires experience in lighting design and stage
management, as well as skill in operating lights and sound for our 240+
theatrical, dance, spoken word and ritual performance events each year. In
addition, T.D. is responsible for pre-performance communication with artists
(scheduling load-in, technical rehearsals, etc.) and post-show strike. Must
be able to work well under pressure, have good people-skills, a strong
passion for the technical aspects of performance and an overall love of the
performing arts.

careers in the performing arts. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with
a wide variety of unusual, alternative, and conceptual performance and dance
work.
