World renowned choreographer of West African Dance, Oscar Camara, will be
teaching a 4-week intensive class on dance, song, & drumming of the ancient
dances "Dununba & Mendiani" from the Country of Guinea West Africa. Classes
are May 11th, 18th, 25th & June 1st. Drum/Song instruction is from 6pm to
7pm. Dance/Song instruction is from 7pm to 8:30pm. Classes are held at the
Los Angeles Academy of Fine Arts, 4557 West Adams Blvd. (just west of
Crenshaw Blvd.), Los Angeles, CA 90016.
Fee: $12.00 per class Adults & $7.00 per class children.
