Exactly the same thing happened to us about 2 months.? Suddenly no water, cistern was empty, and the main valve was closed... Unfortunately, our pump has to be reset because of that (something happened to the motor..)
I didn't report it, because I thought someone thought it was funny to do so.??
But if 2 of us have already had this prank, we should tell Gretel or someone about it...
