Thanks for the notice. Perhaps a new gardener or someone thought it was a water faucet.? Maybe ask your administrator to check into it.

I don't want to be thinking that anyone did this deliberately either from malice or as a prank, but I am wondering how this could have happened.? We are concerned.??

Has anyone else had anything similar happen?? It's just strange.??
