I recently upgraded the firmware and everything seemed to be ok - the screen dislpayedthe 1_05b.? When I turned on the amplifer this morning, I did not get the menu screen and only had a grey display.? I tried to reload the firmware and even rolled back to the previous version - nothing seems to resolve this issue.

Any suggestions on how this can be resolved?

I got the white screen and i never tried a firmware. How old is your amp? Mines not even a week old.

Here was my solution. I used a usb to serial cable from my computer to amp. Plugged it into the rear of the amp while it was off and computer was on. The yaesu port. When i turned on the amp, i then saw the Screen again. Then i turned off the amp and disconnect the cable. Turn the amp on and tested the amp works fine again. I did call Palstar and they were very supportive and nice people to deal with all around.
