You have to configure the Amplifier to switch to port N for each band. Click the Band button, choose the port you want. It will remember the port when you choose that band or if the CAT data takes you to that band.

If you use a antenna port on the amplifier will it remember anytime I use that band? ? ? Same here I let the tuner do the switching . On one antenna I usually then go to manual because tuner misses the ideal setting.
