The most recent firmware is 1.02B. Perhaps, you were thinking 1.01C. This revision, 1.02B is the most recent.
I have tested the download and in order for it to work you must:
1) extract to a folder of your choosing (like on your desktop);
2) run the LOAD_LA-1K.exe in the same folder as the two DLL files, BSL430.dll and msvcr120d.dll.
I'll send a full summary of the firmware revisions in a subsequent email.
