Exact same issue within 1 week of arrival - output now is max 300-400 watts - never overdriven.? I have found Paul to be extremely helpful in?my testing; today shipped back FEDEX and he offered to reimburse shipping.? I love the amp, have an HF-Auto Tuner.?
