Looking at your QRZ page and my QRZ page I see that we are currently both using the Yaesu FTDX101D as the exciter.? Btw, I still have my LA-1K.
When I used to pair the LA-1K with my FTDX101D, it sure felt like having a 200W transceiver driving the LA-1K with much reduced exciter RF power.? However, feeling can be deceiving since it isn't like having a 200W FTDX101
