Apologize for the rhetorical questions; answers to those questions should become apparent when you consider their claims, as seen near the top of the company's LA-1K page , stating in part, "We are pleased to announce that the LA-1K far exceeded all standards in FCC testing at a FCC-certified laboratory and received certification for equipment authorization."
Oh btw it's important to note, that if 60M testing was part their LA-1K test plan,
no 60M test results could be found in the LA-1K EMC test report either, as submitted to the FCC for consideration.
