Issue Resolved
I replaced all the 50 ohm coax interconnect cables between my IC-7610, LA-1K and HF-Auto. When doing so I used different random cable lengths then the lengths I used before.?
Everything has now been running SOLID for two weeks with NO overload issue. Not sure if the lengths or a bad connector was the issue.
