BJN:
I admit that was one of the first things I went looking for -- to
have the amp go into bypass whenever my HF-AUTO tuner was tuning.?
I looked at doing that using the tuner interface on my Icom radio
and making up a circuit to interrupt the PTT line when tuning,
which I could have done.
Then I looked at the HF Auto App and learned how to program it
for all bands and desired antenna selection and never looked back.
I'm been using it with N1MM for a while now. Other than N1MM not
being my absolute favorite program for general logging, it does
talk to all of my equipment now, one way or another and I'm pretty
happy with it all.
Of course if you have antenna conditions that can change a bit,
you'll need to have the tuner to come up with a new tuning
solution occasionally.

The big thing would be the ability to put the amp in standby so
you can use the antenna tuner. The ability to power on and off
would be a bonus as well.
