Updating symbols merges power/ground nets

I have a design which is essentially two separate circuits (a motherboard and daughter card)?with two 3.3V rails (+3V3 and +3.3VP) and two separate grounds (GND and GND1). They do, however, use two instances of an ATMEGA808. The ATMEGA has Vdd and Vss power pints. When I update the symbol of the ATMEGA808 The schematic editor will alternately merge +3V3 and +3.3VP or GND and GND1.?

I do not know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

Thanks

No-one can tell by extra-sensory perception.

Upload your .ASC files AND all the other files required to run the simulation, but not? .RAW nor .LOG files, as a ZIP archive to Files => Temp and then tell us you did that.

I am not running a simulation. I don't know how you got that idea. This is in the schematic editor.?

Then just upload the schematic file and any symbol files not native to LTspice.

He is on the Kicad list John, not LTspice.
Read the subject line of the email.
