DRC:no edges found on Edge.Cuts layer

 

This is a board with rounded corners, made from arcs and lines.
The edge cuts shape is locked and I can’t it unlock.
Select all -> unlock does not work.
DRC shows 3 arrows at random places.

Can I ignore this error ?

Any help appreciated.

I unlocked it by using an editor on *.kicad_pcbm but DRC still says:
[invalid_outline]: Board has malformed outline (no edges found on Edge.Cuts layer)

There is not really much to go on unless you can post the files. But in general, you should not ignore this error.

If you generate gerber files and open them in gerbview, does the board look correct?

Yes.
You have some stray items on the edge cuts layer. If you delete the upper left arc and two connecting lines, you will see two small dots, as shown in the attached screen shot. If you remove the dots, that will likely fix the problem.

Yes.

I deleted those dots and the DRC is now clean. Corrected copy is attached.
