I try to avoid Chinese fab houses for several reasons and have been using Aisler for the last 5 years or so. They accept KiCAD files directly and take SEPA-payments. They have been a pleasure to work

For most PCBs, I use Eurocircuits. Their proto line will ship back to you in 3 days, which means you should get it in 4. If you have a business account with them, you get invoiced in 30 days,
