I had 30 small double sided boards back from Seeed the day before
yesterday. They took about 3 days to make them, then it was around a
week from Singapore to Australia, via DHL. It'd probably be similar to
UK, I'm guessing.
I've used them a few times over recent years, using Eagle and now Kicad,
and the boards are always very good. The webpage has a gerber viewer, so
you can check the lodged fab files. (Please don't ask me why that can be
very useful indeed.)
Their lowest price is reserved for boards under 10 x 10 cm. (That's
3.937 inches on a side, in the old money.)
