开云体育Thanks very much, Andy. That icon is called
'Edit symbol fields' in version 8.0.2, which is a correct name
but misleading. It is in fact a BOM, formatted the way I
proposed in my bleat about the official one. On 2024-05-13 21:18, Andy Eskelson

I'm still using V 6 as I've been out of action with a long stay in hospital so I've not upgraded for quite a while. The basic problem is that I don't know my left from right :-) 4th Icon from the right on my pretty much default setup. I've sent this directly to you as well just in case the attachment does not work on the list Andy On Mon, 13 May 2024 11:30:36 +0100 "John Woodgate" <jmw@...> wrote:Sorry to be persistent, Andy, but I am using version 8.0.2 and I can't find that icon on the Schematic toolbar. It goes Save, Schematic set-up, Page settings, Print, Plot, Paste... I think that the BOM formatting may be editable in 8.0.2, but I will look at that later. That said, it should cope with something that simple, and give you 3x10pf silver mica or some such. BOM is not something I use that much, I've usually got all the data already assembled in a spreadsheet. It doesn't cope correctly with several components having the same value and footprint. If it's not easy to put, say C5, C6, C7 all in column 1, it would be better to use three rows than spread the data across seven columns, with wrong content in several of them. Now I wish that there was a way to assigning the same footprint to all the resistors in one operation, instead of 61 separate operations. It's a smaller issue with capacitors, because they don't have all the same footprint. On 2024-05-12 21:04, Peter Ayearst wrote:John, Did you find the same thing as I fid??
