Thank you Tony.
I did try it before posting and as the edge cut layer is an outline it was possible to select all of it rather than each segment.
After appling the fillet command, all the 90 degree bends were nicely curved, but now you could only select each segment.
I guess my post was really saying that this appears to work....Am I missing a really obvious reason why I shouldn't do this.
Anyway, so far so good...Happy Days
