I use a variety of PCB houses depending on what the project is, how many I intend to make and whether or not I'm going to do the assembly myself.

OSHPARK is great for small quick prototype boards.
JLCPCB is great for larger boards and higher quantities. Great boards at good prices.
I use General Circuits in China if I'm building a large quantity and I want to get them turnkey. They've been duped into bad components a time or two, but they're usually fair about it.
I've used a local shop (Prototron) here in town if I need it really fast. Very expensive, but when you gotta have it...
I've used PCBWay before, I don't recall why I haven't used them recently.
I've pondered using SeeedStudio for a build, but I've not gotten a round tuit! :-)
