Hi,
this is not grid related. I have found a few changes in useage to the older KiCAD version which I consider inconvenient and a step backwards.
- I could finally remove the stubs in normal mode (normal arrow mouse pointer, not wiring mode). This used to work in wiring mode.
Normally, you want to remove a track in wiring mode after seeing that it is not optimally positioned. Now you have to leave wiring mode to remove it.
- I seem to have much less control on where tracks bend. I like to place tracks as straight as possible, but the track editor tends to produce wiggles when the points to be connected are not exactly on grid poitns.
