I hope you all enjoyed the net. We appreciate all of you who took time away from your busy schedules to check in with us. That is what makes the nets worthwhile.

The 20-meter band was certainly interesting tonight. Dean (N2TNN) started calling the net and no one was checking in. It was as if the band was dead. I then called and again, no one checked in despite Dean and I being able to hear each other. It took a while, but we finally started to get some check-ins. Some signals were down from normal, and there were some regulars whom we did not log on 20. As time went on, the band appeared to improve.? ?

A special thank you to Stan (W4AG). Stan is our net control on 40 and 80 meters.? Stan had a great signal as always. A shout out to Dean (N2TNN) who made calls on 20, 40, and 80 meters despite having storms in his area.

Congratulations to Ted (N8TJE), Mike (W3TS), Dan (KW4LQ), Dave (N1CGP), Geoge (W5GS), Dean (N2TNN) and Stan (W4AG) who made three bands tonight. Tony (VE3DWI) and Bill (K8ZCT) made two.
