That's hard as I can't see the pop up so am only guessing but I
suspect it's the one that says:
Edit ConditionalNG(s) in progress. Please complete edit f any
ConditionsNGs and try again.
I certainly see it most when editing conditionNGs
There are a fair few Dialogs ( 2000+ in JMRI ), so it would
be good to try and identify the correct one!
