Well I just tried use Power Cab (like it says) even though I have an SB5 and the message didn’t appear again so I am going to try and read a locomotive.

Very strange as under Windows 10 it did work as SB5.

One year ago I upgraded to W11 with NCE hardware. I had to use Java21 to get it to work. Serial connector to USB cable worked best.

Does not seem to matter what I choose on the preferences page, which does see COM3 as the option I am choosing. No jumpers on the board at all as the instructions indicate.
