You can add the decoder to the JMRI roster as an NMRA-compliant device. Match the device address to the DCC address you have set up in Bluetooth, taking care to use a short or long address as you have decided, and set the associated CVs accordingly.

Use the app to switch from Bluetooth to DCC mode and then take control with a JMRI throttle.?
