Revisit problem: failure for block value to pass to next block #blocktracking

Gentlemen:
I hope you'll be open to reconsidering this problem. I don't want to be a bother, but I think there is a problem with the programming required to make this capability function.
?
I am Windows 11, JMRI Version 5.10, Java Version 17 using a Layout Editor panel for dispatching my layout, Digitrax System.
I have checked all track segment/turnout connections, and all of these have a block detection sensor (LS) address.
?
An example of my problem:
Picture this. I have a 4-turnout (TO) ladder for five staging tracks, all of which have the same LS block detection address. All track segments between TOs are properly connected and addressed to the common Sensor address.
?
Each of the staging tracks each its own unique block address with uniquely assigned values. Track 1 trains travels through the straight route, trailing point. The value is passed into the unoccupied ladder and shows in the label box assigned to the block address of the turnout ladder. This is not the case for moves out the staging tracks 2-5 through some of the diverging route trailing point moves; the value is not carried forward into the ladder value box.
?
I understand that each TO has ABC connections, each track segment AB. Taking the ladder as a whole, that's a lot of ABC ends. Could this be confusing to the program, and as a result not value is forwarded. Don't know what the problem is. Don' know if there is a fix in how I disign the panel...
?
The documentation of this function for a panel is scant, little information about what problems might come up in the design of a panel and any fixes..
?
Your thoughts again.
