DecoderPro actually has 2 different sets of Import/Export operations. The main screen's File menu is not what you want.

Open an individual roster entry, and use that File menu's commands for Import/Export. CSV is an option there. That will give you all of the CVs for that loco.

I've written my own Access app to read in all of my exported locos' CV data, one loco at a time. My app can also export a CV file which DecoderPro's import command on the individual roster entry's menu can import. I had to work around a bug in DecoderPro Ver.4.26+R381c8dfc32 code to do it. I'm not sure which later version fixed that bug.
