Thanks Peter for confirming that Import does the same thing as manually placing a new decoder file followed by a manual index rebuild. I did wonder whether Import did anything special

Selected the file in the window that opened and then clicked the Open button
This resulted in the file being placed in my users "Decoder" folder and a window opens showing "Recreating Decoder index" with progress.
It only took about 10 to 15 seconds to recreate the index.
What steps are you taking?
Are there any errors in the system console after taking those steps?
- Click on help, followed by System Console. Click on 'Copy to Clipboard' and paste into a reply.
Going back to 4.26 doesn't fix your issue.
