The difference between the NCE Monitor and the LocoNet Monitor is what
they are monitoring.
The LocoNet Monitor sees the bus of the traffic between everything on
the LocoNet. So that sees all the boards, throttles, command station,
etc...
The NCE Monitor is only connected to the connection from JMRI into the
command station. So that can't see anything (directly) about the
traffic on the Cab Bus between the throttles, AIU, and command
station. It can indirectly see some of the results of that by reading
some of the memory in the command station.
