Yes.
Use "Options -> Grid Options -> Set Grid Sizes" to set the "Primary Grid Size" to 5. ?Using "Snap to Grid when Moving", move the center of the crossover and then the four corners until everything is aligned. ?After things are in place, you can set the size back to 10.

In my panel, to leave room for signal masts, I have kept the distance between rails three grid blocks apart. This works fine with regular turnouts, but I can’t seem to find a way to do this with crossovers.
