I'm not seeing any red trackage, see screenshot below.
I suspect something in your config beyond the panel itself is causing the issue, maybe a script?
Please export the config and send or attach the resulting zip file. Edit, Preferences, Config Profiles, Export...
One issue I'll still have is simulating your MQTT connection. Many JMRI connections (such as your NCE) include a "simulator", but MQTT does not. Hopefully, this won't be an issue.
Also, please verify that your browser supports WebSocket using Help, About from the Web Server menu (upper right in screenshot).
