The same thing (Last Report is cleared) happens when is the connection is with LocoNet Transponding messages (from a RailCom reader over LocoNet), or RFID when read by either a local serial RFID reader or over a network from an RFID reader. I can verify that, at least with RFID readers, that there is never an exit message.
