FWIW – some decoders use the speaker as the load for CV read back.? IIRC, the Tsunami uses the speaker; I’d expect the Tsunami 2 to also use the speaker.

This might be so old there is not a proper set of features in the decoder. Early decoders had some odd feature sets before things settled in.
