I think that’s not an entirely correct interpretation. I understood the shared CVs enabled the sound decoder to receive throttle inputs (and others) so it could match engine, cylinders and exhaust speed etc. ?So the overlap was in the sound unit, instead of the motor decoder.?
As always I could be interpreting this incorrectly.?
